Comments

A very subtle and peaceful album. General track composition: lots of sustained notes, both from the orchestra and Lisa Gerrard, the upshot of which is that many of the tracks are indistinguishable from each other. Some of the lyrics are in Aramaic, which is pretty cool if incomprehensible to most listeners (A translation is provided in the liner notes). Elegy (one of aforementioned tracks) stands out as one of the best tracks.
