Comments

Though this is not marked as such on the cover, and Amazon seems to have assumed it's a "Various Artists" release, this double album contains cover versions by Ryan & Rachel O'Donnell. There's very little information in the liner notes, and nothing on who played which instruments - one song has two distinct male voices, so it's currently a mystery who the other voice is... Additionally the sleeve design seems suspiciously similar to the Celtic Circle line, mimicing the font for the title.

That said, these are perfectly servicable cover versions (with the exception of "Book of Days", which sounds naff due to some bad synth instruments) and in a few cases are even better than the originals. The O'Donnells cover everyone from Enya to Bette Midler to the Corrs to Westlife.

Interestingly the version of "Theme from Harry's Game" here is significantly extended. I don't know if Clannad have a longer version, but every other copy of TFHG I've heard has been 2 and a half minutes long at maximum. Cool version of "She Moves Through the Fair" too.
