Comments

Like Semantic Spaces, Karma is 75 minutes of lush organic electronic music. "Silence" shot Delerium to fame with its many remixes being played widely, prompting the group to change their format again for Poem... Here, of course, Silence is just a part of the album, along with the other darkly beautiful vocal tracks: "Enchanted", "Duende" (a personal favourite), "Euphoria", "Wisdom", and "'Til the End of Time".

The rest of the album is filled with long instrumental (or at least where the human voice is used, it's usually chants rather than lyrics) music characterised by beats, strings and electronia, with a vaguely middle-eastern feel. It's not dissimilar to Enigma's work but still with a distinct style of their own. With its hefty length and a bonus disc (on the more recent re-releases) Karma is pretty damn good value for money.
