If I had to describe Vespertine in one sentence, it'd probably be "an intimate and overtly sexual encounter with Bjork". While definitely more tranquil than her previous albums, there's an underlying sharing of private stuff which sometimes ventures into TMI territory.

Homogenic is still my favourite, but Vespertine is still pretty darn good.
