18 DVD + B-SidesArtist: Moby Picture Ratio: Variable Disc 1 (95:27)
Disc 2 (69:41)
CommentsMoby is really good to us. We have the music videos made for 18, mashed together with interview footage and footage of Moby goofing about to make Moby TV. There's also a 74 minute live concert. (1-6) The interview/goofing footage is fairly variable, though there are some good bits in there, such as his highly sarcastic look at the backstage area of Top of the Pops and his reaction to being in Japan. The videos are of a very high standard (You will believe a tortoise can break dance). (7-23) The concert, recorded at Glastonbury in 2003, is superb. My only complaint is there's not much material in it actually from 18, most of it is from Play and Moby's older albums. It is substantially longer than the live concert on the Play DVD though. (24-36) The B-Sides album, which is included, is also pretty good. It includes extremely good tracks such as Landing, Love of Strings (an instrumental version of Signs of Love), Horse & Carrot and Stay. Like the Play B-sides, the majority are moody instrumental pieces, but there are a few vocal tracks mixed in.
